Vision Tree is a distinguished non-profit organization headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. With a primary focus on the fusion of psychological perspectives and the latest in technological advancements, our aim is to offer fresh visions and insights to individuals; adults, young people, professionals, and a diverse range of institutions, care centers, associations from companies to educational centers.

The name "Vision Tree" symbolizes our commitment to nurturing ideas and fostering growth, branching out into varied avenues of education and technology while remaining rooted in our core values.

Rooted deeply in a multidisciplinary ethos, our team comprises experts from different fields including clinical psychology, software engineering, career coaching, lecturing, and dietetics. This vast pool of expertise allows us to approach challenges holistically and provide solutions that cater to both the mind and the modern demands of the technological world.

Our portfolio includes services such as lectures, trainings, workshops, and more tailored to meet the unique requirements of each organization we collaborate with. We are particularly invested in the well-being and future of the youth, and to this end, we have initiated several activities aimed at aiding young individuals in navigating their career paths completely free of cost.

Our multidisciplinary approach is what truly sets us apart. At Vision Tree, we believe that challenges more often than not are multifaceted and demand a holistic approach. What are the skills and expertise of key staff/persons involved in this application?

At G&M Projects, we have extensive experience in mental health and wellbeing as a team. We are currently giving different services to clients who are facing various kinds of mental health issues. Besides, our technology team has been working on a variety of projects that help our clients achieve their goals.

  • Gokce Kumral: Co-director – Clinical Psychologist
    Master's Degree from Free University of Brussels in Clinical Psychology. She provides counseling and therapies in three languages for clients from various backgrounds. She is specialized in hypnosis therapy, mental health conditions in young and young adults, and adults.
  • Müberra Nisa Köylü: Co-director – Clinical psychologist
    Master's Degree from UGENT in Clinical Psychology. She is specialized in hypnotherapy, burn-out, suicide prevention, depressions, relations, identity problems, and relations on a professional level.
  • Jessy Vandervaeren: Social worker – Systematic Therapist
    Double Bachelor's Degree from Catholic University of Leuven in International Cooperation and Social Work. She provides consultancy and therapies in three languages for clients from various backgrounds. She is specialized in children, young adults, and older people.
  • Isabel Baert: Career Counselor – Social worker
    As an entrepreneurial career counselor, she manages social employment coordination in her own career guidance center and has a strong background in the psychosocial rehabilitation center.
  • Chaimae Haji: Clinical Psychologist
    Master's Degree from Free University of Brussels in Clinical Psychology. She provides counseling and therapies in three languages for clients from various backgrounds. She is specialized in women's issues, children, young adults, and older people.
  • Aysegul Nazlitepe: Clinical Psychologist
    Master's Degree from Free University of Brussels in Clinical Psychology. She provides counseling and therapies in three languages for clients from various backgrounds. She is specialized in children, young adults, and older people.
  • Esra Yildirim: Clinical Psychologist
    Master's Degree from Free University of Brussels in Clinical Psychology. She provides counseling and therapies in three languages for clients from various backgrounds. She is specialized in children, young adults, and adults.
  • Tayyibe Yilmaz: Clinical Psychologist
    Master's Degree from Free University of Brussels in Clinical Psychology. She provides counseling and therapies in four languages for clients from various backgrounds. She is specialized in children, young adults, and adults.
  • Armand Yuksel: Mechanical Engineer / Teacher
    Armand obtained a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. He is a caring and dynamic engineer and teacher who ensures that every client and student receives quality education. He is a technology-guru who is up to date on a wide range of technologies and gives education in various institutions.
  • Bilge Kaan Alci: Co-director – Software developer
    Double Bachelor's Degree from HOGENT. As a professional software developer, he has extensive experience in networks, AI tools, and state-of-the-art software technologies.
  • Muhammet Turk: Co-director – Software Engineer
    Master's Degree from Free University of Brussels in Computer Science in Engineering Faculty. Alongside his specialization in machine learning techniques in artificial intelligence, he is mainly functioning as a full-stack software engineer specialized in web-based applications, mobile applications, and digital transformations.
