ElevatHER: Overcoming Gender Power Gap is an Erasmus+ project that supports women across Europe in overcoming structural and personal barriers that limit their leadership and social participation. The project recognises that a fair society demands a just transition: one that also addresses the gender power gap.
Vision Tree vzw co-develops within this European partnership a digital support app that guides women through inspiring stories, personal reflection exercises and learning content. Partners from Germany, Poland, Greece and Belgium work closely together, supported by mobility exchanges in which colleagues from Portugal undertake job-shadowing visits to share best practices.
A digital companion on your growth journey as a woman and leader
Read and listen to authentic stories from women who have overcome barriers. From career changes to entrepreneurship, from caregiving to civic leadership: every story is both a mirror and an encouragement.
A secure, personal space to record thoughts, goals and insights. The journal tracks your growth and offers guided questions that deepen self-awareness around your strengths, fears and ambitions.
Accessible modules on leadership, assertiveness, networking and self-confidence. Developed by experts across the partner network, freely available in the app at your own pace.
Every month Vision Tree vzw organises free online gatherings for women who want to grow, be heard and meet others. The Women Power Circles are facilitated by Gokce Kumral, clinical psychologist and president of Vision Tree vzw.
In a safe, warm group environment, participants explore themes such as setting boundaries, resilience, self-worth and leadership. Free, online and open to all women.
