This service is designed for job seekers, people changing jobs or sectors and individuals who want to develop greater autonomy and self-confidence. Coaching may in some cases be eligible for Belgian funding such as Prime a la Formation (ask us for current conditions).
We combine practical tools (templates, mock interviews, feedback sessions) with empathetic, psychology-informed coaching. Trajectories range from a few sessions to a comprehensive guidance package, depending on your needs.
