ElevatHER – Overcoming the Gender Power Gap

Empowering Women to Lead

Overview of the project

The cooperation results in a multilingual learning platform providing information and practical knowledge to enable women to assume leadership roles across society. In addition, the project develops an app offering a self-guided journey to foster self-efficacy and unlock women’s potential. A project website documents all activities and dissemination events, ensuring broad outreach and sustained impact.

The cooperation brings together NGOs and companies from five countries to develop and discuss project content, test didactic materials and tools during workshops that include learners, and widely disseminate the outcomes. In addition, each partner organizes monthly Women Power Circle meetings in their local context to address the needs, ideas, and questions of both trainers and learners. Regular evaluations ensure a high quality of the process, products, and impact.

The project aims to empower women to assume leadership roles across various sectors. It strives to enhance gender justice by providing tools for self-guidance, motivation, and a comprehensive understanding of societal transformations. The initiative promotes inclusion through democratic learning and active participation.

Our Role

ElevatHER – Overcoming the Gender Power Gap is an Erasmus+ project aimed at addressing gender justice in European societies. The project supports women in attaining leadership positions in work, civil society, and politics by providing self-guidance, motivation, and the knowledge required to navigate current transformations. Through democratic learning and active participation, the project fosters inclusion and a just transition towards sustainability.
