Creation and implementation of ACT Support Group Guidelines, specifically designed for support groups catering to young parents. Launch of a mindfulness and relaxation self-care toolkit aimed at preventing burnout. Sharing of resilience and well-being best practices and success stories. Training of 24 facilitators, directly involving 105 parents in support group sessions, and engaging 415 individuals in dissemination events. Overall, approximately 10,000 individuals have been informed about the project results. Enhanced knowledge and skills among youth workers and young parents, fostering better social inclusion and support.
Empowerment and Integration: Enhance the social integration, resilience, well-being, and empowerment of young parents and youth workers. Capacity Building: Boost the knowledge, skills, and intervention capacity of youth workers and support staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to make a difference. Awareness and Self-Care: Increase awareness among young parents and youth workers of mindfulness and relaxation techniques, promoting self-care and preventing burnout. This includes sharing efficient practices and success stories to improve physical and mental well-being.
