Isabel Baert is a driven career counselor with extensive experience in the social sector. She studied social work at Hogeschool Gent and built her expertise as a labour coach and social worker, including with people in reintegration pathways.

She works in a positive, solution-focused way and motivates people to take charge of their own career, both through individual coaching and group training.
